To all of our donors, partners and friends:
Thank you for your ongoing partnership and support as we, together, make a difference for neighbours in need in our area.
Thank you also for your patience as we continue to adjust our mail processes in light of the newest developments in the Canada Post negotiations.
Canada Post has withdrawn its 72-hour lockout notice and, as a result, there will not be a lockout at this time; a strike is not expected either.
Based on this new information, we will be returning to our usual mail procedures, with donation tax receipts and other correspondence being released and sent via Canada Post daily.
To ensure continuity of communication, we encourage you to share your email address with us; you will receive electronic invitations to events, regular updates about the impact of your support, solicitations, and volunteer opportunities from us – all in a paperless, convenient and prompt manner. To share or update your email address or preferences, please call 519-433-2807 ext. 2106 or email ctaylor@missionservices.ca.
Last, we take this opportunity to remind you that you may make a donation securely through our online donation page at any time. You will have the option of providing your email address to receive an electronic tax receipt via email. Click here for our online donation page.
If you have any questions about online donations, our mail processes at this time, or about the impact of your support, please call 519-433-2807 ext. 2106 or ext. 2101.
Thank you once again for your partnership and support. With your help, we will continue to walk alongside those in need in our community, to affirm human dignity and inspire hope through practical assistance.
Sincerely,
Ericka Ayala Ronson
Interim Executive Director/Director of Development & Communications
