To all of our donors, partners and friends:
First of all, allow me to thank you for your ongoing partnership and support as we, together, make a difference for neighbours in need in our area.
In the event of a Canada Post labour dispute, mail service will be temporarily disrupted. As of July 7, 2016 and for the duration of any Canada Post related labour dispute, we will not be mailing out any tax receipts or other hard-copy mail. However, we will continue to accept donations through our online donations page, where you can obtain an electronic tax receipt via email. Click here for our online donations page.
If you sent us a donation in the mail before July 4, 2016, we thank you and we assure you that we are processing all donations as we receive them from Canada Post. If you have not yet received your tax receipt, please call 519-433-2807 ext. 2106 or ext. 2101 if you would like to pick up your tax receipt in person, or to have your tax receipt emailed to you (just share your email address with us).
If you sent us a donation in the mail after July 4, 2016, we thank you. In the event of a mail disruption, we may not receive your donation until full service from Canada Post resumes. As soon as we receive your donation from Canada Post, we will process it, issue a tax receipt as appropriate and mail it out when full mail service resumes.
We encourage you to visit this website for any updates on mail from Mission Services of London. In addition, we encourage you to consider sharing your email address with us; you will receive electronic invitations to events, regular updates about the impact of your support, solicitations, and volunteer opportunities from us – all in a paperless, convenient and prompt manner. To share or update your email address or preferences, please call 519-433-2807 ext. 2106 or email ctaylor@missionservices.ca.
Thank you once again for your partnership and support. It is only with your help that we can continue to affirm human dignity, offer practical assistance and inspire hope in the lives of neighbours in need.
Sincerely,
Ericka Ayala Ronson
Interim Executive Director/Director of Development & Communications
